These terms are between you (the "Affiliate") and Digiloop Ventures LLC, a Florida company that runs Proud Look (proudlook.com). By joining the program you agree to them.
1. Commission
You earn 40% of each payment a customer you referred makes to Proud Look in the first 12 months after their first purchase (headshots, team seats, gift cards and edit credits), on the amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes.
A customer counts as yours if they buy within 60 days of clicking your link. If they clicked several affiliates' links, the first click counts.
Commissions become payable 30 days after the payment. Refunded, charged-back or disputed payments earn nothing, and commission already paid on them may be deducted from later payouts.
Launch bonus: the first 20 partners to reach 3 sales get an extra $25, paid with their monthly payout (offer ends December 31, 2026).
2. Payouts
Payable commissions are paid monthly in USD through Rewardful to your PayPal account once your balance is at least $50.
You handle taxes on your earnings and give us any tax form we're required to collect.
3. Rules
Say that you earn a commission wherever you share your link (FTC).
No buying through your own link.
No paid search ads on "Proud Look" or misspellings of it, and no ads that look like they come from us.
No spam, coupon or deal sites, cookie stuffing, fake reviews or misleading claims. Describe Proud Look only as our site does (prices, about 15 minutes, 4K, 7-day refund).
Don't download or repost customers' before/after photos; link to our pages where they're shown.
Tracking uses a cookie. Visitors who decline cookies (e.g. in the EU, UK and Switzerland) or opt out of data sharing may not be tracked, and untracked sales can't be paid.
4. Ending and changes
Either side can end participation at any time. Commissions earned by breaking these terms may be withheld or cancelled.
We may change these terms or the commission for future sales and will email you before a change takes effect. Commissions already earned keep the old terms.
5. Other
You're an independent partner, not our employee or agent. Our liability under the program is limited to commissions owed to you.
